I wish I lived in Tennessee, Ohio, Illinois, or Wisconsin because Robin Pecknold will be performing with Joanna Newsom for the six shows that take place in these four states. Over the past eight months or so Fleet Foxes has slowly climbed it’s way into my top 10 favorite bands of all time and Joanna Newsom is working her way up as well. According to Pitchfork, although Fleet Foxes is currently working on a second full-length album Pecknold says that he has no material of his own to promote and that he’s just doing this for fun.
This is an indie-folk fan’s dream concert and I can’t believe I’m missing out.
